Personal training and fitness has open doors for me with Muscle and Fitness magazine, Bowie Blade, radio interviews with Nikki Woods on Chicago’s WGCI and Vassle Clark on Washington, DC’s talk WIBM 1450am. Fitness has also given me the opportunity to lecture and certify students on AMFPT’s www.ptclass.com biomechanics and applied kinesiology personal trainer course at Bowie State University.

Psalm 27:13

I am still confident of this:
I will see the goodness of the LORD
in the land of the living.
