Abdul’s Bio
I am Abdul Jalloh, certified personal trainer for 4 years, and I specialize in working with clients, athletes, and people with disabilities on all fitness levels. Some of my previous work experience includes, Washington Sports Club in Washington, D.C., as a fitness trainer; Hurt Gymnasium at Morgan State University; and working as a fitness intern at The League for People with Disabilities in Baltimore, Maryland. I take pride in helping people realize the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle through fitness, exercise and training.
It is one of my aspirations to train athletes in order to help improve and enhance their skill development. In 2009, I spent 2 months training a teenage athlete for his upcoming 2009/2010 football and wrestling season. Some areas of focus included, body mechanics, footwork to improve speed, agility, and quickness.
As a result of my training techniques, the young athlete has been invited to represent America as the 365 Sports United States Football Team in Australia, and has qualified as a representative for the state of Maryland Wrestling tournament. My training has proved to be beneficial in helping people achieve their health, fitness, and athletic goals.
