At Golden Boy Fitness, we take fitness personal! That is exactly what sets our personal training program apart. We only partner with the BEST trainers, and believe me… we know exactly what to look for. All of our trainers are fully certified, insured and have been mentored by the owner of Golden Boy Fitness himself.
Our mission is to equip you with a variety of training regimens that will enhance your strength, stamina, flexibility and cardiovascular health. These are the most vital components for achieving optimum results. The various techniques used by our trainers will be sure to keep you motivated, deliver results and also keep you from getting bored!
The Fitness Evaluation:
All clients are thoroughly screened with a Golden Boy Fitness Evaluation so that we can learn your strengths and weaknesses. This 30 minutes strength and endurance test will help us develop a starting point from which to build the foundation of your training program. During the evaluation we record vital data such as: height, weight, girth measurements, body fat, BMI and more. This data gives us a point of reference for future fitness evaluations.
Program Design:
Our training programs are individualized to maximize your efforts in the gym, and create a pleasant
and rewarding workout experience. Not only will you receive professional guidance and advice during your sessions, but our trainers will customize a workout program and offer nutritional advice even on the days you don’t have a session. You’re never working alone when you hire a Golden Boy Fitness Trainer!
