Golden 3 Training

Join my established The “Golden 3” three person group training sessions—or start your own!

You choose to join for 1, 3, or 6 months. I will lead you and group through a total body fitness workout including weights, treadmill/elliptical cardio, pilates and resistance bands.

Work out three times a week with me through a challenging, full body weight training workout that will get your heart racing, your blood pumping, and keep your motivation levels high!

Each workout is based on scientific exercise progression and sound physiological principles. Within weeks, you’ll notice a difference in your strength, your energy, and your overall fitness level.

“The Golden 3” training offers you the benefits of having your own trainer… at a fraction of the cost of private training. And perhaps best of all? It’s FUN!!
