The Golden Boy Fitness Boot Camp
Your first day of Boot Camp, you look around out the corner of your eye and notice people of all shapes and sizes, kind-of-fit and not-so-fit. You feel yourself questioning your drive, there’s something about not knowing what is coming next that is oddly thrilling. Suddenly, you find yourself running up a flight of stairs, dashing up and down a hill, and muscling through push-ups, sit-ups, planks and Pilates. You gasp for breath and your fitness instructor say “Come on Push Yourself”. Your arms shake and your legs turn to rubber. This is to be expected. However, know that you’re a survivor, a winner and you will finish the workout!
Think you can’t do it? I will prove you wrong! Golden Boy Fitness Boot Camp is a 30-day, high intensity program aimed at teaching total mental and physical fitness. The Boot Camp workout combines good old-fashioned exercise, fun and camaraderie with a common-sense nutrition program to produce visible results.
